Jen Jacobs Bolger

Having studied and worked around the world, from San Francisco to Rome, Jen Jacobs ultimately decided she wanted to raise her two boys near her family in the place where she grew up: the incomparable Monterey Peninsula. A graduate from Stevenson High School, she knows the intricacies of this idyllic area inside and out, and she has been sharing them with her clients for more than 20 years as a top-producing real estate agent on The Jacobs Team alongside her mom, Joy.

Jen prides herself on being a “Type A” personality. In her mind, failing to plan means planning to fail – and failure is simply not an option.

Her buyers and sellers are like family to her, and she defends their interests accordingly with a simple ethic
grounded in empathy: “Let me look out for you, let me see what you need, and let’s figure out how I can get it for you.”

She has a special knack for simplifying complex processes, making the complicated feel refreshingly easy and stress-free on her clients’ side. Today, compounded by the power of the entire Ruiz Group at her fingertips, Jen uses her innate sense of dedication, her professionalism, and her stellar communication to achieve truly boundless results for her clients.

Her passions include playing tennis and golf with her husband and kids; taking international trips to places like Fiji and Australia; and walking on a secret, always-empty beach she discovered after a listing appointment years ago.
