I didn't really work…
I didn't really work with Joy Jacobs, so I can't comment. Jen Jacobs Bolger was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, particularly considering that I was purchasing long-distance (I live on the East Coast). I always found her to be professional and extremely responsive. She didn't have to find a place for me, however; I found the condo on my own and then reached out. That's the only reason I didn't give a higher score on that question. I would recommend Jen very highly!

Joy & Jen Jacobs Bolger were very helpful in selling my vacation home in Monterey. I wasn't able to be there and they took care of everything, getting it ready to sell and also clearing out the furniture and items when sold. The house sold the first week-end on the market.
